Any Adventure
Our New AR:1 was a process of reduction. The distillation of all it’s parts to the simplest, most capable, and most efficient combination, to produce a bike that performs far beyond its class. Designed to tackle longer gravel and multi-surface rides the AR:1 is built for explorers and all day adventures. The AR:1 is equally at home in town or country, beautifully designed, and like all of our bikes, can be fully outfitted with racks, luggage, and accessories to take you around the block or across the country.
One Bike To Do It All
If you could choose one bike to do it all, this is the one. Our team has ridden and raced this bike to the extreme. Now it’s ready to accompany you on your own adventures.

It’s A Classic
At the heart of the AR:1 is the same proven 6061 double butted aluminum frame and supple hydro-formed aluminum fork we use on our A:1. We combine our custom short reach drop handle bar, with a 0 degree set back seat post to shift the rider forward into an efficient, comfortable, all day long riding position. Our streamlined frames have been engineered to provide lateral stiffness for exceptional power transfer, combined with vertical compliance for a remarkably comfortable ride. Our bikes are designed and engineered for the long haul in every detail, incorporating internally routed cables with end to end housing for clean, consistent and low service shifting and braking.
The Pinnacle of Adventure Cycling
Our new AR:1 Adventure Road bike is the latest model in our line up, and is a direct descendent of our iconic flat bar A:1 Adventure bike. It’s our response to serve the growing number of our riders and team members customizing their own existing A:1 bikes to a drop bar set up. SRAM Apex 10speed shifter and brake levers take care of shifting and braking duties, offering sequential gear changes as terrain changes. Disc brakes are standard and offer performance far beyond traditional rim brakes. We use superior sealed bearings throughout, for longevity and resilience. Perfect for long climbs and full days in the saddle, our AR:1 adventure road is available in both diamond and step trough frames, in all 6 of our standard colors.
